At last nights meeting we continued to cover the topic of healthy eating. We passed out a list of the Top 12 Foods that Cause Inflammation
We tasted 4 different protein shakes, a kale salad and a zucchini noodle salad.
Next meeting is June 30 at 6:30. The topic will be kidney and adrenal health.

The first meeting of the Wellness group was great. It was a small group. I know there are more of you who want to join when you schedule allows, so I will be posting information here. We talked about the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. It is depicted below. We also wrote 3 health concerns and 3 wellness goals. We all choose one wellness goal to work on for the next 2 weeks.
